Zitwis Scene Pack Disclaimer & Fair Use Notice

Usage & Credit Requirements

All scene packs provided by Zitwis are carefully edited using Twixtor in Adobe After Effects 2020 to ensure smooth slow-motion visuals. These scene packs are made available for video editors, content creators, and motion designers for transformative purposes. However, by downloading, using, or sharing these scene packs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Mandatory Credit & Attribution

  • Proper credit must be given when using Zitwis scene packs.
  • Credit can be placed in the video description or caption, linking back to Zitwis or my socials (found in the “About Me” section).
  • Failure to provide credit may result in takedown requests and content removal.

2. Permitted Uses

✅ You are allowed to use Zitwis scene packs for:

  • Personal & Creative Editing Projects (AMVs, fan edits, motion graphics, etc.).
  • Social Media Content (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), provided credit is given.
  • Non-Profit & Transformative Works (for entertainment, commentary, or artistic purposes).

3. Prohibited Uses

🚫 You are NOT allowed to:

  • Reupload or Redistribute my scene packs as standalone files on any platform.
  • Sell, monetize, or profit from my scene packs directly.
  • Claim ownership over my edits or scene packs.
  • Use in commercial projects without prior written permission.
  • Remove or alter watermarks 
  • Use in any illegal, defamatory, or harmful content.

4. Copyright & Fair Use Notice

The original video clips used in my scene packs belong to their respective copyright owners. Zitwis does NOT claim ownership over any third-party content used in these edits.

These scene packs are created under the principles of Fair Use (17 U.S. Code § 107), which allows for:

  • Transformative edits that add new meaning, value, or purpose.
  • Non-commercial use where no direct profit is made from the raw scene packs.
  • Educational and entertainment purposes, such as AMVs, creative edits, and motion design projects.

If you believe that any content violates copyright laws, please contact me before submitting a claim. I am open to resolving disputes respectfully.

5. Legal Consequences & DMCA Takedowns

⚠️ Any unauthorized use of Zitwis scene packs may result in DMCA takedown notices, content strikes, and legal action. I reserve the right to report copyright violations to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or any other relevant platform for immediate removal.
